Smokey BBQ Meat Lovers Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 portion pizza dough*
- Napoli sauce mixed with Smokey BBQ sauce (half and half works if you dont mind it too sweet otherwise use less BBQ Sauce)
- any choice of meat (I use cooked chicken, peperoni, and often ham)
- 1/2 diced capsicum
- 4 mushrooms sliced
- 1/4 diced Spanish onion
- 1/3 cup pizza cheese (either mozzarella or pizza blend)
- dried oregano
Method
- Pre heat pizza oven or oven and pizza stone as hot as it will go
- Roll out pizza dough onto baking paper to the size of a dinner plate
- Top with Smokey BBQ sauce, your choice of toppings, and cheese
- Leaving pizza on baking paper place in pizza oven (or on pizza stone/tray) and cook for 5 minutes
- Remove baking paper from underneath pizza
- continue to cook for another 5-10 minutes or until cheese begins to bubble and base begins to brown underneath
