No Greek Feast is complete without a fresh crunchy Greek Salad.
- 1/4 iceburg lettuce
- 2 roma tomatoes cut into wedges
- 1/4 cucumber diced
- 1/2 red capsicum cut into small strips
- good pinch of dried oregano
- Greek feta cubed to sprinkle
- handful of whole Kalamata olives
- generous drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lemon juiced
- Assemble ingredients in order of apperarence.
